South Central Railway has notified Change in the pattern of train services due to traffic block for commissioning new loop line at Bomma Samudram station in Tirupati – Katpadi section as detailed below:
Full cancellation of Train Services:
1. Train No. 07581 Tirupati – Katpadi MEMU leaving Tirupati at 10.35 hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
2. Train No. 07660 Katpadi – Tirupati MEMU leaving Katpadi at 14.50 hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
3. Train No. 07659 Tirupati – Katpadi MEMU leaving Tirupati at 06.50 hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
4. Train No. 07582 Katpadi – Tirupati MEMU leaving Katpadi at 21.15hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
5. Train No. 06417 Katpadi – Jolarpettai MEMU leaving Katpadi at 09.30 hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
6. Train No. 06418 Jolarpettai – Katpadi MEMU leaving Jolarpettai at 12.45 hrs on 27th May to 30th May, 2024 is fully cancelled.
Partial Cancellation of Train Services:
1. Train No. 22616 Coimbatore – Tirupati Superfast Express leaving Coimbatore at 06.10 hrs on 28th and 30th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Katpadi and Tirupati. The train will be short terminated at Katpadi.
2. Train No. 22617 Tirupati - SMVT Bengaluru Express via Katpadi, Jolarpettai leaving Tirupati at 15.00 hrs on 28th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Tirupati and Katpadi. The train will originate from Katpadi at 16.45 hrs.
3. Train No. 22618 SMVT Bengaluru – Tirupati Express via Jolarpettai, Katpadi leaving SMVT Bengaluru at 07.40 hrs on 27th and 29th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Katpadi and Tirupati. The train will be short terminated at Katpadi.
4. Train No. 22615 Tirupati – Coimbatore Superfast Express leaving Tirupati at 15.00 hrs on 27th, 29th and 30th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Tirupati and Katpadi. The train will commence service from Katpadi at 16.45 hrs.
5. Train No. 16854 Villupuram – Tirupati Express leaving Villupuram at 05.34 hrs from 27th to 30th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Katpadi and Tirupati. The train will be short terminated at Katpadi.
6. Train No. 16853 Tirupati – Villpuram Express leaving Tirupati at 13.40 hrs from 27th to 30th May, 2024 will be partially cancelled between Tirupati and Katpadi. The train will commence service from Katpadi at 16.40 hrs.
Diversion of Train Services:
1. Train No. 12836 SMVT Bengaluru – Hatia Express via Jolarpettai, Katpadi leaving SMVT Bengaluru at 08.50 hrs on 28th and 30th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Katpadi, Melpakkam and Reningunta skipping stoppages at Chittoor and Tirupati.
2. Train No. 12890 SMVT Bengaluru – Tatanagar Express via Jolarpettai, Katpadi leaving SMVT Bengaluru at 08.50 hrs on 27th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Katpadi, Melpakkam and Reningunta skipping stoppage at Tirupati.
3. Train No. 07191 Kacheguda – Madurai Express leaving Kacheguda at 20.30 hrs on 27th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Dhone, Gooty, Renigunta, Melpakkam and Katpadi skipping stoppages at Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Kadiri, Madanapalle, Pakala and Chittoor.
4. Train No. 12626 New Delhi – Thiruvananthapuram Central Kerala Express leaving New Delhi at 20.10 hrs on 28th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Renigunta, Melpakkam and Katpadi skipping stoppages at Tirupati and Chittoor.
5. Train No. 17210 Kakinada Town – SMVT Bengaluru Sheshadri Express via Vaniyampadi, Jolarpettai leaving Kakinada Town at 17.25 hrs on 29th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Renigunta, Melpakkam and Katpadi skipping stoppages at Tirupati, Pakala and Chittoor.
6. Train No. 16734 Okha – Rameswaram Express leaving Okha at 08.40 hrs on 28th May, 2024 will be diverted to run via Renigunta, Melpakkam and Katpadi skipping stoppage at Tirupati.
